the New Jersey Devils play hockey tonight. Two games, actually (Split squad)

 

That's what sucks about being in a small not so crazy city like Winnipeg. Seems all the talent want out of this place.

Trouba says that he just wants more ice time and play on the right side. aka "I wan't to play on a team with shitty defense." Well every team has solid D and you're only going to find time in Edmonton imo. Really makes the hall trade seem even more stupid now because I think Trouba is way better than Larson.

I think that write up was Trouba and his Agent trying their best to be nice about it but at the end of the day he just wants to do booger sugar in a place that will let him.

He's the one without a contract and I think Cheveldayoff is going to take his sweet time. We're in no rush to move him so he can sit there without a paycheck until we get an established equivalent player in exchange for him. We sure don't need anymore draftpicks /prospects.

 

Some Winnipeg guy thinks Hextall would trade Provorov ++ for Trouba.

The Wings are in desperate need of defense, and he would get plenty of time on the right side here. Really hope they can pull of a trade for him, probably something starting with Nyquist+

honestly I would be cool with Nyquist. We have Morrisey ready to come up to play defensively. We need a skilled forward bad.

just rumours in the hockey community. None of this stuff gets out officially but a few seasons ago bogosian and trouba were missing games and were reported in a rehab center for cocaine.

I remember after the mike Richards cocaine incident there were all these people saying like Martin jones and Jarrett Stoll were with him before he got caught.

I was just like welp for Martin jones.

 

also Marchand deal is great. Good price and I think the only years I worry about would be the final two years. He isn't really a super physical player so I think he can still be average at that age.
