I’m assuming Ricky Starks tweet was in response to that. The more I think about it, he’s totally a guy that I can see going to WWE. Seems like he likes The Rock, go there, get a bigger platform. Go Hollywood. Plus he’s a Cody guy

 

Especially since TK doesn’t know how to book him

Feels like something happens behind the scenes every week in AEW now

 

Sammy is just pure cringe regardless if it’s a work or shoot. I love AEW, but they need to get their shit together. Besides MJF, there’s not a ton I’m stoked on and a lack of direction for guys that should be farther along than they are. They badly need the Elite to come back and need to find ways to get guys like Darby, Hangman, Jungle Boy, FTR, Hobbs, Miro, Brody King, Wardlow, etc in some meaningful feuds. Random matches and battle royals ain’t cutting it. I still enjoy Dynamite, but I feel like it could be so much better than it is been recently.

Is anyone else in charge at AEW or does TK just try to do everything? Does he have any advisors?

 

Darby still has time and the association with Sting has been cool, but it’s definitely time he gets a singles push beyond being in random gimmick matches. His match with MJF was absolutely amazing and seems like he hasn’t done anything singles wise since.

 

Figuring out which AEW stuff is real or not is exhausting. It’s like WCW but with better wrestling. We sure Russo isn’t involved?

 

There's people like CD, Tony Schiavone, and Pat Buck in talent relations but who knows how much of a real job that is.

I don't think there's anyone with real power in the way that someone like Bruce Prichard has. I'm sure the three I mentioned above are fine but they need people like Prichard who aren't really buddies with any wrestlers and have no other job (no announcers or road agents)

 

JR would be so much better suited for talent relations than announcing. I know he’s up there in age but he has a ton of experience and hasn’t worked with most of the talent in the past. I’m surprised they don’t have him help in at least some aspect, but I could also see him not wanting to do it haha

 

I think there was a report he has a brain trust now that includes QT and Sonjay.

 

Weird link but it was the most detailed on him I could quickly find, but per SRS this is the new "Director of Long-term Creative" for WWE and he made a pitch for a Fiend movie that "resonated with WWE higher-ups" and he's been in charge of White Rabbit

Yeah if I’m TK I release him immediately to prove a point. He’s not someone you have to worry about WWE wanting and he seems to be a constant headache in the locker room. This shit has to stop and TK is the one who needs TK make it happen.
