He didn’t even react, really. He just got lazy and tried to trip Martinelli up while Martinelli was going back towards his own goal ffs :crylaugh: he couldn’t even trip him up correctly! Just plain lazy shite from a shite player. I’d be fucking furious with him if I was his manager.

Weirdly I think Spurs are probably well set up to deal with only having 10 but it’s a hard ask now we have a 2 goal lead

  3. At least Conte won’t be able to start for him for a couple games now

  4. I’m guessing we’ll see Perisic start on the right with Sess on the left next game but I’d love to see Spence out there.

  5. I didn’t think we played that bad today until the 2nd goal followed by the red that ruined everything. Still think it was a harsh decision, but Emerson is a moron for even giving the ref a decision to make. No reason to even try for that tackle. He has some nice stretches of play but he consistently makes massive mistakes like that. Can’t have him in the team.

The game went exactly as I suspected it would, although I thought it would end as a draw. We played well, took control of the ball, and Spurs were a real danger on the counter.

Overall I’d say both teams should have very good seasons. But we look the business, it has to be said. I worry about our depth for the next month, but I feel optimistic.

  8. Saka, Martinelli, Odegaard are just so dangerous in the attack. And they provide so many opportunities for Jesus. It’s definitely scary to face. Spurs fans hate Conte sitting back so much but today it was the right call. That attack is the type you can’t let play in the open field.

Unfortunately, we’re giving up too many goals for the style of play we’re trying to do. And a lot of dumb goals. Lloris has been questionable this season imo.

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Expected that. Never win at Emirates anyway. Royal is stupid and I’m so over him starting. Learn from it and get better.

Casting back the years to getting into October and thinking "Well...top 4 wouldn't be too bad I guess"

  14. Silva swiped the ball with his hand and didn’t get a red

  15. And of course Chelsea tie it shortly after. Such shit.

  16. Silva with the assist lol

  17. And now Silva injured Clyne. Wow.

Our worst performance of the season so far yet we still grinded out a win. Love how we see a reaction now if we go a goal down. Bring on United!

We've played one game less but Everton being on the same number of points as us pisses me off.
