The instrumentals in general on the song kick ass, probably the strongest part of the song. It's very much a Paramore pop rock song through the experience of After Laughter and even Petels For Armor, which I'm super down with. Chorus does take a bit to get used to but the instrumentals make it work.

Also god damn I wonder how annoying it was to wash all that lipstick off Hayley's face lol

Also man Taylor rules, he really wears his influences on his sleeve but has such an impressive ear for melody that he makes that style of playing his own. He’s becoming the kind of guitarist people hear after decades pass and immediately recognize him on a song just by listening

 

God I love this. I’m so happy Paramore is back.

 

Yeah same. Chorus is great but the verses feel a little dull. I'm sure it'll grow on me but kind of feels like a mid tier PFA track
