It’s 4 nights tho…. Official announcement is tomorrow at 8am

 

Twisted Christmas in Chicago is as followed according to live nation official announcement at 8 am. They also changed it to only be 3 days 6th 8th 9th. I wonder if whoever they had for night 2 on the 7th fell through

night one December 6th : Portugal the man, beach bunny, and bob Moses

night two December 8th: jack white, wet leg, and starcrawler

night three December 9th: the 1975

 

Very disappointed, I was hoping for something a bit heavier

 

Very weak this year compared to last year/previous years imo

They will be announcing on Friday what happened to the band they had booked for the 7th/night 2

 

Real Friends & With Confidence added to Bottom Lounge in Chicago, November 4th. They probably had to wait until after RF to announce it.

 

On a weekend I already had 5 shows I was debating between in NYC/NJ...

 

Well it would appear that Crown The Empire are still on that Slipknot tour. So who knows what happened

 

I saw that. Kind of a bummer. Was hoping they got the boot and INK could play longer.

 

I'm kind of surprised that Dying Wish is hitting up a lot of these same cities so soon after the Hatebreed tour. They're coming to Portland on this one 12 days after the Hatebreed date. I mean I know it's their hometown and all but still.

 

Not complaining, but Dying Wish has played here in Dallas like half a dozen times in the last year. They're really getting out on the road a lot.

2 shows with The Acacia Strain, opening for Silent Planet, opening for Code Orange, opening for The Devil Wears Prada, (Hatebreed tour is unfortunately not coming here, but they'll be back with Counterparts in December)

 

What’s weird is they were booted and even took the dates off their site too but guess something changed

 

there's still posters floating around with only INK's name as opener too. Maybe slipknot couldn't get a replacement in time? Who knows. Whole situation is strange though.

 

they are the opener, they have no control over where those tours go

 

Not sure if it's a tour or a one off, but...

 

I wonder if it was Panic! and since their Chicago show got postponed, it screwed up the booking

 

Surprised both Audacy stations in NYC and LA no longer do Not So Silent Night and Almost Acoustic Christmas.
