I'm really excited for this thread to hear Songs About Death. really blindsided me on my first listen but now might be my favourite song here. such a cool unique song for them

 

I get the feeling this album may be special due to anytime someone who heard it mentions a song they are excited for people to hear, it always seems to be different. I love an album where all the songs connect with people differently and it's not just the few clear standouts everyone agrees on.

 

Just got an email to say that my deluxe version on vinyl will be delayed and shipping the week of Sept 30th. I was really hoping it'd arrive a day early before release

The first time I heard the closer I cried. It's easily one of my favorite TWY tracks of all time.

i am also a huge sucker for closers, but that's not the point lol.

Me and my wife listened yesterday and we both sat there and cried together after for so a while.

Doing 9pm! Originally had the 8pm but they were able to switch us to 9 so we could go with a few friends/family who are also going! Can't wait.
