I have to say I fucking love Eriksen. Followed him at Ajax and always hoped he’d be. United player. I thought that ship had sailed when he signed for Spurs and all that followed but I’m so so happy he’s a United player now. Really adding something we missed in the centre of the park and seems like such a nice fucking lad. Obvious bias is obvious but he could be up there with Haaland as signing of the summer if he keeps it up.

 

Bit late to the party, but the WC kits really are a bit of a state. The standout has to be that Netherlands home kit. That is absolutely appalling. Why does it look like gold foil? Why isn't it orange?

The Portugal home shirt looks like a pyjama top.

The Ghanaian one looks like someone just temporarily arranged the logos and badges on the design and then forgot to actually place them.

The England home shirt just raises questions about who was designing what. The layout of the away shirt looks pretty good (I never like our red kits), particularly with the simple collar and sleeve accents. If they'd done the two tone blue collar and hems on the home kit, it would have looked super nice and clean. Actually really like how they've styled the badge, but that gradient shit around the shoulders looks so weird.

 

Yeah I hate all of the Nike and Puma jerseys. A handful of Adidas ones are nice, Mexico away, both Japan and both Belgium.

 

Forgot to mention in my slew of grumpiness that I really like the home Germany kit.

Hazard winning this poll by a landslide just goes to show just how young their fanbase must be. Zola was a better player.

 

Hazard's the most talented of those players but his consistency wasn't that great. His Chelsea career's been vastly overrated by some.

 

Perisic at RWB and Sessegnon at LWB today. Along with Son being dropped for Kulu. It looks like a fun lineup on paper but prepared to be bored again.

 

Happy for Dier. He’s never been as bad as the criticism would indicate. And the past year has been really strong for him so glad to see him finally get the England call up.
