I've probably said this in here before, but I will absolutely go to bat for Love & Drugs even if the rest of FH is unmemorable. (I like the title track too, but Love & Drugs is an all-time The Maine song imo)

 

Bliss and Kennedy curse are the only songs i like off it.

 

Run and Take What You Can Carry might both be in my top 10 Maine songs. Definitely Run, it's probably even top 5

 

FH is one I find underrated too, not an all timer or anything but it’s solid

 

Ugly on the Inside off of the Deluxe version of FH also slaps

 

all the deluxe forever halloween songs are incredible imo

 

Agreed, the B Sides are my favorite tracks. Vanilla and Ice Cave especially…

 

Saw them on Thursday night. Sweet Caroline intro was cool, shame it took most of the crowd an age to actually cotton on to the song.

Fun live act, just wish John's vocals had been louder. Awesome stage interaction, energy was great, rest of the band sounded tight, but the lyrics kept getting lost in the mix.

 

Surely that new song must be coming this week after all the lead up?

thanks! I actually was able to find a decently priced ticket on stubhub though. Came to $57 after fees, which I think was around what the retail price was?

 

Pier 17 show was really great last night. Never seen them live before, but that was about as perfect a set list I could ask for.

show was sold out (3,500 people) but thought it was really odd a large chunk of the crowd left after Sound of Reverie. We were standing in the back near the exit and there was a bizarre surge of people heading out the door then. They still had like 8 songs left!
