Fightful article says there’s some heavy restrictions on Blacks release. Beyond just a 90 day no compete clause to go elsewhere.

damn I hope he is able to rest up, come back at some point. Still one of my favorite wrestling characters. But if he's just trying to go back to WWE... I'm really not sure what he's looking for that AEW wasn't able to offer him.

Brody King is the only one from that group who left any impression on me. Granted, I think Malakai's wrestled maybe once since I started following. The group came off as corny unless Brody was beating the crap out of somebody & there's also that Death Triangle faction that I get them mixed up with.

 

Really hope Black gets healthy and gets in a good place. Extremely talented dude and hate knowing he’s going through a rough spot.
