I'm gonna go ahead and lock in Perfect Blue based on this feedback across the board. Thanks yall! The second slot will be based on what's available but yeah, Coraline, ParaNorman, Monster House, Frankenweenie, Corpse Bride, etc. have all eluded me over the years!

 

In my search of other really bad horror sequels, I have come across several lists or rankings by publications that are serving up a great list of movies to watch, as opposed to avoiding like they intend.

Man, I adore ParaNorman. Really underrated and possibly my favorite out of that batch

Seeing Jaws tonight

 

Just confirmed it - it was apart of the original marathon but theyve since lost the rights to it so there is only the "Just Joe Bob" segment left of it

 

Orphan: First Kill was fun. They found a way to make it more interesting than it had any right to be.

 

Perfect Blue is great, Satoshi Kon's work is consistently amazing, RIP. I think Paranoia Agent has more horror vibes, though, but that's an entire series

Coraline is the best of these, an instant classic.

Just finished Bly Manor episode 5 that focuses on Hannah Gross and I have no idea what’s going on still.

 

That’s a quick turnaround. I wonder what they’ll call this one, assuming it won’t actually be Scream 6.
