Irate Festival Apparently Canceled After Dozens of Bands Pull Out

 

the promoter came out a giant woh is me post tonight how people ruined a great thing and what could be huge for the Kentucky scene. Completely ignoring that the whole thing started because he tried to take advantage of local bands and threatened to blackball them in the local scene and get them fired from their jobs, oh wait and co promoted with an accused rapist. Yep all the scenes fault.

 

Friends of mine were supposed to play that fest and have had nothing but bad things to say about the promoter and how they were treated. Seems like a real piece of shit

 

some of those text messages and emails that leaked to those bands were giant scummy pure asshole fuel, he was talking to those bands like they were playing Lollapalooza, not a metal fest in Kentucky in its first year which honestly was probably drawing 400-500 people tops.

Anthrax/BLS/hatebreed show cancelled tonight in Rochester. Apparently part of the stage collapsed during HB's set.

 

that YouTuber is a total asshole, he is trying to incite people, saying they just pulled this in Chicago….Joey Belladonna had a medical emergency in Chicago, the freaking stage collapsed what do you want them to do?

I'm so interested what the Montclair show is. That venue doesn't exist & no show ever went on sale, but the day they announced these dates it was already crossed out
