legit think the 4 count snare/bass fill Dave does on Come As You Are at the end of the solo/bridge to bring in the final part of the song is my favorite drum fill ever. Automatic air drum when that part comes in.

 

Had to really think about this one. But I just connect to Bleed American on an emotional level way more than Nevermind which may objectively be the better album.

I like Bleed American quite a bit but it’s 10,000% Nirvana getting my vote here.

 

Bass line in Lounge Act sends me every time

Bleed American was my instant choice, but will go back and give Nevermind another spin. It's my favourite Nirvana album for sure.

 

This is the hardest one we've had, but i went Jimmy because its what i listen to more these days. Cant deny how great nevermind is though.

Bleed American is good, but doesn't hold a candle to Clarity imo. I might take Nevermind over In Utero, tbh. They're both amazing, and the latter definitely sounds cooler, but on a pure quantity of incredible songwriting level I think it's Nevermind by a hair. Even if I might give IU best overall song.

 

in utero is better in almost every sense, imo, but i think a pretty fair argument can be made that MTV Unplugged is actually their best album

 

and bleed american so very clearly isn't their best lol, it isn't top 3

 

I can think of, at most, three better JEW records than Bleed

i have not been participating in these because i havent heard all the albums and respect the rule but Bleed American is like the 4th or 5th best JEW album

I would definitely put it ahead of Chase This Light but am not mad at someone going the other way around, but putting Invented or whatever ahead of it is grounds for a lobotomy.

 

Bleed American lands second, third, or fourth, for me, depending on the day/time of year.

Bleed American is also fourth for me, but it sounds like probably not in the way y’all want haha
