Yeah super odd...

 

I'm not sure they were requiring it, but they were heavily requesting it and I get it it. I can't imagine how much of an hassle it is getting everyone overseas with the gear and then missing shows because of covid. I appreciated that they were really direct about it and I would say it was the highest percentage of masks I've seen at a show since they stopped requiring it. (Roughly 80-85%) And yes, they were really, really freaking awesome.

That Kentucky Irate Festival is falling apart after the messages and emails have leaked at how bad the promoter has been treating the local bands and vendors. Basically he is a scumbag and the National bands are catching wind and dropping off. Of the 82 bands, 39 have already dropped off in the last two days. It’s gonna end up getting canceled.

I wonder if I can convince my wife to use a night of our European vacation to see The Dangerous Summer.

 

The All American Rejects are playing in Dallas on 9/30 at the Echo Lounge. Presale tomorrow, public on sale Friday.
