That’s one reunion I can’t ever picture happening. I imagine Ryan and Jon don’t have great feelings towards Brendon but maybe that’s just in my head

Not to mention Brendon is way more popular and successful than he ever was with them and he plays a total of like, 2-3 songs off those first two records per night (out of 25-28 song set). I doubt he’d ever have any interest in revisiting those albums with the band.

I feel like this album launch is flying super under the radar, and all the reaction on socials is basically negative to the songs.

Feels like this could be a big miss.

Yeah it does seem highly unlikely but wilder reunions have happened.

What’s Ryan up too these days?

Maybe I’m just not involved with Panic’s fanbase but I don’t see a huge section of people that want Ryan back. I think that bridge has been properly burned.

  9. Haven’t heard the album. People I know that have said it’s good. But I am officially worried, cause these songs are doing nothing for me.

I’ll probably still enjoy it but I definitely don’t see this topping his last two albums.

It’s almost like he went through writers block and is trying too hard. Especially his vocals on these songs. They’re rouuugggh. He’s got the talent, but he would definitely benefit from harnessing it.

However, I will gladly welcome the loud guitars!

I think Middle of a Breakup is kind of whatever but I really enjoy the other two and I'm sure I'm going to like the album

local god is so weird lol like everyone said the chorus just does not sound like it fits with where the verses were going. like the verses had some steel train type vibes and then i dk what the fuck that chorus is but its really unenjoyable

I can't lie. I'm not big into any of these three songs, but all three stay stuck in my head.

    God damn it.

I dig the 3 songs released so far. Nice to hear some music that isn't trying to be big and bombastic from him. I think he's built up enough of a fanbase that he'll still easily be able to continue doing arenas even if there are a few less-than-fan-favorite albums released.

Brendon's vocals, it feels like this album is going to be an exhausting listen to get through

def a lot of elvis costello and queen in the new album's approach. "do it to death," "sad clown," "say it louder"... excited to hear those in full in particular

    They all sound the same

  25. That third song sounds good, but yeah, the vocals...idk. Excited to hear the Queen shit going on in that Maggie song. The Star Spangled Banner one sounds...not good.
