Class of 05, baby. Maybe this was just my schools but, Columbine happened in 6th grade for me and had an impact on us. It’s only gotten worse since then, but that’s easily the first school shooting I learned about. I have a distinct memory of my friend crying the day we were told about it.

I mean, graduation year of college or high school is often on Facebook and or LinkedIn. I don’t think I’ve ever seen either as a security question. But maybe some programs do? It’s not a very good one.

Oh man, Columbine. I was in my “block class” in 7th grade when that happened and for whatever reason the teacher turned the TV on and we were all watching the news story unfold while a bunch of kids started panicking in class. Rumors started spreading wildly that it was going to start happening in every school and that we should all be prepared to run.

Columbine seems like a whole other world now that we’ve had like three dozen other Columbines or whatever. Real grim stuff.

Ah I see this was really just her taking a shot at his progressive politics
“'You know, it's one thing to mislead people about your healthcare plan," she said.

"It's another thing to tell someone to her face that a conversation which you know happened didn't happen.' I mean, that would have been, I think, a really important moment for her."

can she please just go away?

Related to the "whole paycheck" joke, in the neighborhood that I'm moving to in Chicago basically the only grocery store is a Whole Foods. I've pretty much decided that I'm going to go to a cheaper store in a nearby neighborhood, but my mom keeps on asking me "why don't you want to go to Whole Foods." It takes every ounce of restraint not to say "more like Whole Paycheck" in response
