If anyone is a fan of Talib Kweli, do NOT follow him on any form of social media. He is absolutely obsessed with it to a worrying level, constantly screenshotting comments from random people on his posts, posting them and writing multiple paragraphs about them and how wrong they are. Before he got banned from Twitter he had like almost a million tweets because he argued with literally anybody that provoked him and would not let ANY of the fights go

"Someone needs to take their phone away" is a cliche at this point but when it comes to him I think he legitimately needs rehabilitation for social media obsession

i was reminded of that band broadside today by the new interview on this very website. I can't believe the band is still going and that dude's clothing line didn't sink his credibility in this scene, but I guess it's not like they're relevant or anything. stealing is never cool.

It's wild he still has this up, with comments disabled, even after the festival responded.

I get that Ingemar handled the situation badly and should not have pushed her, but the Brakrock satement makes it seem like it was his wife who threw the actual punch, not Ingemar.

Having a statement like this up, that "he hits women, that's a fact" seems really irresponsible and damaging.

No idea about the specifics, but it sounds like the folks behind the tour (booking agents, managers, whoever) have been shitty to them.

As far as the hashtags, I think that's just trolling people who think cancel culture is a thing.
