To make today better. I just lost the league in FM on the last day losing to Brighton. Who came last… they had 6 points before the final game. SIX.

This is so bizarre. It mentions they’d refer back to their previous teams if the contracts are voided? So Lenglet would be gone from Spurs. Yeesh

 

It appears that the contracts everyone signed to take a covid paycut involved receiving extraordinarily large pay raises/bonuses in further seasons that may not be legal/fall into bribery or something. But I don't really know, and no one else really seems to know. It's exhausting and continues to be a circus.

It feels like there's one person (who seems to hate Frenkie) at the club purposefully leaking new info just to cause a storm because the messaging re: Frenkie from Xavi/Laporte is not the same at allas what's circling the media.

 

Idk, I'm starting to think finances in the sport are not too trustworthy.

Obviously, biggest target and all that, but you'd never know that quite a few clubs are struggling to register new players in La Liga this season due to the league-specific FFP rules. It's damn near impossible to find info about any of these other clubs, too. Heard it on the Spanish Football Podcast and that's it.

United. It was this upcoming season. Got to the final of the FA cup and Europa league so I had 4 games in the final week of the season. FA Cup final on Saturday against City. Brentford on Tuesday, Europa League final on Thursday, final league game against Brighton on Sunday.

Starting to admire Tebas’s pettiness towards Barcelona, tbh.
