This doesn't show up at work, why are we firing jay gruden these days?

 

This particular reason is for his numerous and never-ending excuses and justifications for Kirk Cousins' poor play. Overall, though, he's terrible with personnel usage, game management, the media, etc.

 

Its an impressive word salad way of avoiding the fact his 28yr old QB has played poorly. Though, its much easier to argue the D Coordinator is the one who needs fired

 

I really don't think washingtons d is more than middle/average, the fact that they aren't even average is pretty bad.

 

Washington didn't beat a single team with a winning record last year

its not a surprise they aren't very good this year

yea, best team (record-wise) that they beat was Buffalo who was 8-8

 

They played two average teams, they play garbage teams going forward for a long time. If they lose those jay is getting tossed.

So they might move the game out of Charlotte Sunday.

Not sure how they'll be able to do that on such short notice. But I'd imagine Clemson or one of NC State/UNC/Duke/Wake are options.

 

Not good but not terrible. He had a ton of tackles in the last game which is surprising because Fitzgerald murdered him which I mean its fitz so ill give him a break but its 2 games in. He had a fine game in week 1. He'll never be lockdown again for sure.

The pats have been working out a QB with Tom Brady, not signed yet.

At 4 PM they will announce the signing, and he'll play today, amazingly know all the plays in such a 'short' period of time -

I honestly do not care at all who starts at QB for the Patriots.

I am much more worried about how we handle the weapons. If Gronk is playing (I'm emotionally preparing as if he's playing) it won't matter who's throwing to him.

 

I dont know if Gronk is playing yet, and Ill assume Brissett is QBing to start. And hopefully Watt doesnt kill him....

Ill assume its a lot of short passes, and runs for fear of getting killed.

 

I kinda just want to see Edelman have to play QB tbh

 

I dont want him as QB...

1 - he could get hit by Watt and out for season
2 - It'd be better if someone could throw to him, instead of him throwing to someone else

 

That would be an amazing speed test though.

Edelman lined up as the punter in punt formation, ball is snapped, Edelman chucks it down the field, everyone blocks for him, Edelman streaks for his own pass and completes it to himself.
