it took me like five years to get my friends email removed from my account so I could put my own on there. Literally the worst process I’ve ever dealt with.

 

Same (not a friends e-mail, a defunct one), until I had a guy on the phone who just did it no questions asked

 

I understand everyone has a job to do and we're all just cogs in this machine run by billionaires and ultimately it's not their fault, but I'ma find out who designed this and I'm going to drill a small hole in the side of their home and I'm going to fill their house with wasps.

Monster Train has taken over my life

 

I bought Spiritfarer on sale yesterday, was gonna start playing it a third(?) time but then my grandpa freaked me out by not answering his phone all day (btw he's fine) so i'm like nahhh maybe I'll hold off on the game about mortality and afterlife.

 

Monster Train is super fun, but it doesn't to me have the same depth as Slay the Spire. I find its reasonably easy to beat even the highest difficulties whereas Slay the Spire I find even the lower asecention levels to be challenging. Sometimes this is a good thing, as its a lot easier to just get game destroying combos and often that is more of a mood than grinding out the perfect slay the spire deck. Just be warned that while it shares a ton of similarities with Slay the Spire, depending on what you like about Slay the Spire you might be left finding it a little lacking.

 

Picked up some new wireless controllers for my son and I for the Switch.

I was watching people with insane gaming rooms and this one guy used this website Minibox Gaming and it is so fucking cool what this site does. They will make the box art, The EXACT box art, and it's just the size of the cartridge of the console it belongs to, and its an amazing way to collect cartridges but not just have them out in the open.

So cartridges end up just looking like this

It is so aesthetically pleasing to look at.

I've nearly decided I never want kids and just want to become a rich adult manchild with a crazy basement dedicated to an extensive gaming collection.
