I'll start (and it's corny and meant to be mostly sarcastic...
Jimmy has always had a fish so that represents him, and the beaker = meth production. In this episode, Gene says 'you know what, I can do what Walter did and he begins a meth enterprise out in Nebraska. Walt and Jesse are introduced for their cameos as they are shown giving Saul lessons on how to cook so he knows a lot more than we think and is able to make a batch of the blue.

 

i'm done trying to figure out where this show is going lol. just strapped in for the ride.
