  4. I actually bet he could get that one through congress too.

Wonder what a Trump SCOTUS would say about the 4th amendment in this case?

I don't know if this was posted yet and I don't want to go look back a dozen pages but anyway, this is crazy:

Even more troubling is that he believes in it. Not just an appeal for votes.

  14. This entire election is a god damn farce.

And yet I still wanna see Charlie and CJ.

  15. Isn't the stat (beside it being ruled unconstitutional) something like 2% of like 3 million led to any actual convictions?

  17. "Email" Dominates What Americans Have Heard About Clinton
Americans' frequent mention of "email" in response to the question about Hillary Clinton are followed by "lie," "health," "speech," "scandal" and "foundation," the latter referencing recent concerns about conflicts of interest with the Clinton Foundation.

The top substantive words Americans use when reporting on Trump include "speech," "president," "immigration," "Mexico," "convention," "campaign" and "Obama." Though Clinton has attacked Trump on several issues related to his character, no specific words representing negative traits have "stuck" to Trump the way the word "email" has to Clinton. Instead, Americans' recollection of information about Trump shifts in response to his campaign schedule, speeches, comments and the resulting controversies that sometimes arise from those comments.

This is wonderful. The debate in the second half regarding the Iraq war and foreign policy is great and it's things like this that really restore my faith in the public.

A lot of the first half hit home with me. Sheffield is an example of what Jeremy refers to when he speaks of communities being left behind. It's a massive city with 2 universities with a proud engineering history that earner us the nickname of the steel city.

That seems to be a thing of the past now. Engineering companies closing down or down sizing and young adults leaving the universities lumped with debt and unable to find a job that requires the skills they've obtained at University. Every time I go in to the city centre or in to neighbouring Chesterfield I see homeless people in the street.

The story in the video regarding sanctioning benefits and staff being told they have to sanction so many people a week is a disgrace and shows the attitude the government have towards the unemployed. Keeping down the costs is more important than ensuring parents are able to feed themselves and their children for months at a time.

I was a green supporter in the past but I think when Jeremy is reflected I will jump over to labour. I honestly believe that he will keep building enough of a following to win the next election and that there will be enough activism and public involvement to encourage those who feel left behind by recent politics to come out and vote for change.

  23. NBC/WSJ: Clinton +7 (LV)

That's -2 from last month if memory serves. But should keep most models that use national polls to inflect state polls either slightly tightening or steady.
