It's wild he's 4th on a list that all others finished with 60. Granted 6 of those had the PED aid of not wearing down, but still. The AL record would still be a huge deal

well if you take his running season average Judge has homered just shy of twice every five games (once every 2.487 games). yanks have 62 games remaining, but let's assume he rests two of those games. at his current season-long pace that would put him at 63 hrs at year's end

obviously far from a guarantee bc he could hit an inopportune cold stretch in sept, yanks could decide to rest him more, or he could tweak something and have to sit out more. but I really really think he's either gonna get the AL record or fall within a couple homers short. it's gonna be A Thing down the stretch, he's that close

for what it's worth, stanton was at 35 on 7/28/2017 (also through 100 team games same as Judge today). he also had a monster august tho--homered in 6 straight games at one point. but Judge needs one less homer to best Maris (23) than Stanton hit after this date in 2017 (24). it's gonna be down to the wire.

I used to go all the time, but haven't been much recently. But yes, you can't go wrong going to watch the Lookouts.

 

Going to see Chvrches tonight at the venue sort of attached to Truist Park. Could have SWORN the barves were on the road this weekend so I have not been sweating parking at all. They are not. I just paid $50 on StubHub for a parking pass that’s not even that close…
