Pa is still not mid to them of anything. West of the city? Sure? Mid? The fuck? Why are people so dumb?

 

For the love of god, stop calling cops. When they are actually needed, they will hang out and threaten parents while children are slaughtered. When there is no threat to them they will execute you and claim they were afraid for their life. They are useless. FFS

 

I think it's more about arrogance than stupidity but sometimes it is hard to tell the difference, yes

And, to be clear, I'm not saying that everyone thinks this way, but I have heard the PA-midwest thing relatively frequently over the years (mostly regarding the western part of the state)

Ohio and Indiana are barely Midwest, PA is fuckin’ east coast

Delaware may not technically be the south but it sure feels like it in a lot of areas lol

 

I think I’ve mentioned it before but it was weird for me to move 2 hours from Pittsburgh to Cleveland and then be considered the Midwest. Especially with like the Pittsburgh, WV, Ohio tri-state region. It’s basically the same area but you’re from the Midwest, the mid Atlantic, or the south just depending on which side of a bridge you live one

 

I got invited to get drinks this weekend with someone who then said “only thing … I just got back from traveling and have a sore throat, low energy, and a cough. It’s just a summer cold though.”

Yeah technically Ohio and Indiana should be Mideast, as they are in the middle of the eastern half of the US

midwest should be like, Idaho Montana and Wyoming!

 

The Great Lakes states should almost be their own region, not including New York.
