Tom back in Blink would move tickets, without question.

 

All the more reason for a reunion tour

 

No doubt it would sell better than their last tour, but this also isn't the first time they'd be doing a reunion tour with Tom either...

 

Yes it was bad but not a complete flop. It wasn't even initially an Enema tour. My date they were giving people on the lawn free seat upgrade vouchers

 

I would imagine the timing makes sense more than ever. Hate to say it but they aren't getting any younger, the time is now. Travis had that recent health scare, Mark getting over cancer, Tom going to Mars...it's time.

 

That blink/ADTR/All Time Low 2016 tour right off of California did better than the Enema play/Lil Wayne/Neck Deep one, that's for sure

 

Not surprised. I don't think Neck Deep fans necessarily are Blink fans and going to pay $$$ to see an opener play 5 songs. And Lil Wayne...I mean...c'mon.

 

Lil Wayne also briefly quit the tour and when he came back he still missed numerous shows.

 

It will be the 20th anniversary of their self titled album. If they tour playing the album in full it will sell really well!

 

For the record, that Blink/Wayne tour permanently corrupted the time/space continuum, which is why every rapper & tiktokker is trying to rip-off blink riffs now.

Same could be said about FOB/MGK tour in 2017. We were warned

 

I remember seeing the numbers, have the report saved somewhere on my computer. Iirc it was roughly 10k tickets/night for the Enema tour running about 50%-60% capacity.

 

10k/night seems good, TBH. With those numbers, that tour would have easily sold out the next smallest venue in most markets I'd imagine...

So yeah, it was an undersell. But they still probably sold more tickets in half-filled ampitheaters than they might have in a hockey arena or whatever. Definitely not a failure of a tour.

 

Saw her at Bonnaroo and the voice is shot. Was cool to hear the classics but she was just going through the motions up there.

 

Since we've been talking about ticket prices, I have a feeling Weezer OVER-priced their Broadway run as their a still a majority of seats available for all nights (not surprising given the orchestra seats are like $270 + fees)).

With Tom back in the band I don’t think they need strong support on the road.

 

I don’t think mgk will do anymore punk rock tours after this one he’s on since he’s apparently going back to rap on his next album

 

MGK also mostly plays arenas now

 

I don't think I want to see the shambling corpse of Blink 182 with or without Tom, but y'all have fun.

 

I could see The Bombpops as support for Blink. It'd be cool for them to get that kind of exposure.

 

Hearing other rumors that it could be Blink’s last hurrah too. It’s not official, but it’s something people are speculating
