There was a story making the rounds in national news about Albuquerque PD serving a warrant, burning down a house, killing a 15 year old boy in the process, and the person they were after wasn't even there.

This is what local news ran. Fucking goons. Wonder how APD's media relations department convinced them to do this.

Unrelated to any of this, does anyone know anything about getting an app made? I just want a cute poker app to play with my gf and they're all complicated and ugly. I don't know if I should find someone who can make it and pay them or just learn how to do it.

 

My schedule has never been anywhere near consistent enough to rank days of the week, but, man, there's just something about Fridays that give me life

Hm. This probably wouldn't be expensive to build (I wouldn't be surprised if there's a lot of basic poker coding available in open source libraries) but getting it to your aesthetic specifications could make it more complicated.

My wife and I are learning Basic Strategy for blackjack and plan to move on to a simple counting system after, so I can def relate to there being a glut of options but none that reeeally suit you. Best of luck!
