Started The Hitcher last night. Fucking loving it. Rutger is so fucking good.

 

How was X? Thinking about watching it tonight

 

The Hitcher is awesome and X is awesome

 

Lots of people here loved it. There were a handful of us who didn't really get on board. If this site were RT I'd say the film would be a 75.

X was pretty good. Some really great stuff and some really weird tonal issues. Go in with low expectations and you should have a good time.

 

X is a fun time. I didn't know anything going in. I usually don't seek out slashers.

 

it still kinda feels like a gimmick to me but I'll watch anyway. Mia Goth will be great if nothing else

I watched this for the first time a few months ago and couldn't believe how hard it went. Super solid, front to back.

 

My dad always held on to lots of his vhs tapes so he gets excited about them making a comeback and now he goes thrifting for them. I took a pic of his lil vhs collection when I was there last. I just think my dad is adorable, nothing to see here

Lol yeah I noticed that with a few of them. I don't think he has a system. He's in process of moving all his collection stuff from the garage down to the basement and there's like hundreds of items but still. Savage.

Yeah, I'd say that already started a couple years ago and like with a lot of nostalgic collectables really took off during the pandemic.

I was looking for a VCR last year and everyone online was like $50+. Luckily I found one at the thrift store for $5.

I put Halloween and Casper on during a Halloween party and my friend's made fun of me incessantly. I thought it was cool.

 

Embargo was lifted today. All reviews are surprisingly positive and I’m very excited.
