Below, you will find both our combined staff top 30, as well as individual lists from our contributors and moderators. We hope you find something new to love.

Note: You can share your own list in our music forum.

I just put on Cold Years for the first time since May and was reminded how this is definitely an AOTY contender! I can't get enough of the song "Jane"!

It’s a really promising album but it’s a little samey by the end. Could use a little more variety in tempo and melody

White Trash Millionaire is such an insanely good song. I need to pay more attention to the rest of the album, but it’ll probably end up being my most played song this year.

    Well done Jason & staff.

Camp Cope making the top list reaffirmed my affinity for that record. I haven’t listened to it a lot, but when I have it’s felt special. And their style isn’t even one of my more favorite genres (I like it a bit faster and heavier), but it just feels really genuine, almost haunting.

I'm trying to process Big Thief not being on this list... I thought it was pretty beloved around here?

Love seeing Valleyheart here though. What a record.

Death Touches Us, From the Moment we Begin to Love Supporter

I think it's just the nostalgia factor that draws me in with this album. It reminds me of Green Day "Warning" and "American Idiot". Its the Green Day album Green Day could've made (but didn't!)

I'm also enjoying the first Cold Years album as well!

It's like listening to Billy Cobb "Zerwee" and "Zerwee Pt. 2" (the Weezer albums that Weezer didn't make!)

I'll probably get some flack for this, but I'd probably put Simple Plan's new album up high as well (although I did see it on a couple of the lists). Just think it is a fun and solid album overall, and their best since the self-titled record.
