The only person who has access to the building that early in the morning is the colleague who showed me the footage, and I've seen 100 clear footage of him leaving the room then no-one coming or going until I myself got there at 8:30am!

There was more than one orb on the cctv for sure, some were before/after that section of the video and some aren't clear on my video. One is so bright & moving so erratically I can't think what else it could possibly be!

 

Do you ever work nights or by yourself? I would be so scared.

 

Nah, I'm 8:30 - 5 only, it's only the colleague I mentioned who works early & late. There's a few stories over the past couple years that he & others have experienced, but not as clear-cut (IMO) as that!

I was thinking maybe the floor is at an angle or something so it slides naturally but, the chair also starts to rotate

Yeah, the rotation - for such a slight movement - is the part that throws me. The floor is 100% not slanted at all. I've worked that office 100+ times for 8.5 hours each time, and nothing like this has ever happened even once - if the floor was slanted I personally feel the chair would've moved before!

 

I want to remain a steadfast skeptic, but man the way that chair moved was creeeeeeepy

i used to work sundays 2-11pm on a 2nd floor office where i was the only person there. motion lights so my little cubicle was the only part of the whole floor with a light on. this video brings back so much fuckin anxiety.

 

Yeah just TV/regular background noise - there is no audio from the CCTV video.

I'm alone in the building right now (about 5ft away from the chair!!!) and I'm just hoping something cool happens! Will also be watching more CCTV today to try & disprove this, but I'm running out of things to check for!

UPDATE: I thought I had found something on CCTV that showed this as a hoax, as the same colleague I mentioned came back in at 7:30am and picked something up off the floor about 6ft to the left of the chair, 1inch off the far left of the video screen, which is where a button to open an automatic slide-door, that opens to another door to the outside (with a gap of about 3ft between it) is located.

I thought he may have had a piece of string and was pulling the chair from outside the building, but A) we have CCTV that shows outside & there was no-one there, and B) the chair moves at a literal 80-90 degree angle to the door so it is scientifically impossible to pull the chair in that direction.

I have exhausted every possible explanation I can think of, and am now accepting this video for what it is - 100%, irrefutable evidence that ghosts exist...
