Got to hear Bon Iver play the whole album last year and it was one of my favorite performances I’ve seen

I've never been into FEFA, and when BIBI came out I first just found it pleasant.... but then I saw them play Coachella after that album and the live set was absolutely phenomenal and had me revisiting the album over and over again

Seems like a good opportunity for a shameless plug. I wrote a retrospective about BI, BI last year for its 10-year anniversary!

    Facts!

I'd like to someday see list of every awesome artist people have come around on that "Beth/Rest" was compared to derogatorily in reviews and other press.

Went Bon Iver, though both albums are fantastic. I still vividly remember my first listen to it at 12:01 when it was released and that extremely rare thrill of hearing something that was going to blow me away.

Yeah I remember it leaked early and I listened to it on a random weekday lying in bed

Bon Iver self titled is just a completely magical experience. He never quite captured what it again on his following albums IMO.
