Just watched Beavis and Butthead Do The Universe and really enjoyed it. Same humor, still funny and was laughing throughout the whole thing.

 

It wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be haha. Now I’m more curious about the new series they’re putting out.

A few weeks ago I watched almost an entire season during work and didn’t laugh more than a couple times haha. I laughed more during this new movie than almost a full season of the classic show.

Speaking of Beavis and Butthead. Trailer for the new series just dropped.

 

For any of you that watched season 1 of Tehran, I just found out today season 2 is now out, and so far it's fantastic - the writing is sooo good - on Apple TV+

 

This new Beavis and Butthead movie is fine, but tbh i really miss the "MST3K but with music videos" aspect of B&B, was always more interested in that part than the animated series portions as a kid.

I doubt they'll include that in the series revival.

 

I watched season 1 and thought it was the greatest thing ever until like episode 4, then fell off HARD

 

Interesting; it’s been a while since I watched the first season, but I don’t remember losing interest at all. Many comments online I’m seeing of this 2nd season though are saying it’s better than the first season. Probably due to not needing to explain/start up so many backstories. Through episode 4 so far and it’s great

 

That was the whole appeal of that show for me. I mean I’ve always enjoyed Beavis and Butthead but it just wasn’t the same without the music videos

 

Anyone watching Black Bird? Liking it through two episodes
