I’m okay never hearing Rory again

 

I for some reason was thinking they had “retired” it but now it feels like I made that up..

 

Pretty sure they'd talked about never wanting to play it again (unless on an anniversary tour I think) but from some fan comments on the discord it came across like the audience pressured them in to playing it. I'm totally fine with never hearing Rory again, would much rather hear Won't Drown or any other song off their albums instead.

For the longest time I thought LPR was in Brooklyn so I'm with you lol

 

Listening to this for the first time in a while, liking it more than I did back then but still not hitting like their earlier albums.

 

Is the live record going to be streaming anywhere?
Def planning to buy at LPR but still.

Just asked on the Hopeless insta post about the record release and someone responded saying the band confirmed it wouldn't be on Apple Music/Spotify (?) Maybe something's tied up w/ the Moment House of it all?

If Live at Grandel doesn't hit streaming, Foxing needs some more live material pronto.

 

I’m probably going to go to the Chicago show. They’re here the same day as Caroline Polachek who I also would love to see but I always have a lot of fun at Foxing shows plus I’ve never seen Home Is Where or Greet Death before.

Did anyone get the live album vinyl and can confirm or deny if it comes with a download code?

 

I wish I had remembered to check mine because it would have been nice to have that on my phone for this road trip if there is one.

Absolutely stunning perfection.
Home is Where is excellent. Greet Death, excellent minus the unfortunate incident Where their bass amp died. Foxing, perfection. Eric specifically has come so far since the last time I saw them.

 

So tempted to go tonight but also hard to justify the gas and ticket right now, especially since they just dropped the whole live video, but that still doesn’t change how great they are live.. conflicted

 

Finally get to watch that hell yeah

 

Anyone who has gone to the tour, do they have the same stage design as in this video or was that a one time thing ?
