yeah when gas was 2.50 and my grocery bill was 75-100 dollars less, I’d def be more interest in a shed show. I also agree that JEW is a stronger bill than TBS.

Only select tickets and you have to pay fees but yes. Big Time Rush was too the other weekend.

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

Is anyone going to one of the first Sad Summer dates? It starts tomorrow and I'm curious what set times are going to look like.

    7/8 Sacramento
    7/9 Anaheim
    7/12 Dallas
    7/13 Houston
    7/15 Orlando

No Astronoid for Riot Fest. They are on the Holy Fawn tour.

anyone know how those "is for lovers" festivals are doing ticket wise? i just looked and it's over $200 for two tickets after fees which is just not at all reasonable for me right now.

that’s the kinda fest I would feel bad for because it’s a band (that I’m not even a fan of) that has been grinding for years and they put something really special together for their fans like this fest just to have inflation make it so people can’t go

Odd question, but has anyone in here gone to the Bowling For Soup tour?
Just saw the setlists and both Less Than Jake and The Aquabats are playing longer sets. Bowling For Soup playe around 10-11 songs which I feel is really short

    Things have changed.

Ohio is a much bigger lineup than the other two festivals.

The Kansas date goes through See Tickets, not Ticketmaster like the other 2. Weird.

Another tour not selling well, Papa Roach/Falling In Reverse. Just checked the Irvine date and few others and it's not looking so good

I think there is way too little crossover on that tour. Like when it was announced, I asked myself “who is this tour for?”

I would say it's for Sirius Octane listeners but that doesn't seem to be a big bunch

    idk man

In the same world, just checked in with the ADTR tour and there is a LOT of dark blue on those Ticketmaster dates.

there are a select few of those summer tours doing good this summer, like Rammstein isn’t doing wonderful, Korn isn’t doing it. Very select summer tours seem to be selling well.

I didn't go, but my brother did and I read some reviews on Reddit, and the consensus seemed to be that BFS are rather chatty between songs

i tore a hole in the fabric of time Moderator

i looked at this tour recently and ADTR had tickets three times higher than Luke Bryan who is a substantially larger artist. Not sure who is pricing things but it’s insane.

Large markets seem to be doing good with shows, but the drop off in attendance in some of the b-markets is jarring.

Speaking of shows doing good, Im seeing Bowling For Soup, Less Than Jake and The Aquabats tomorrow and just saw its sold out. I was not expecting that.

Apparently this is according to promoters and agents one of the bigger selling rock tours of the summer..

  25. That sold out in Bloomington too, which also surprised me.
