I've never played either game, but based on what I'm reading, it sounds like the two games happen concurrently, and how they're connected isn't relevant until the end.

 

Does the XC 3 direct spoil anything for 2?

Playing Hollow Knight again trying to beat the pantheons with all the bindings attached. Thinking maybe I’ve just hit the ceiling of how good I am at this game, the Oro & Mato fight is impossible this way

lmao hoooo boy, i been there. that fight got me REAL tilted for a while. really had to just take my time and use those storm missiles whenever it was safe

 

As others said, it is absolutely not necessary. They are all connected I guess, but it's such esoteric anime nonsense that it really doesn't matter. The actually stories of the individual games work without understanding or even noticing that stuff.

I just got to Chapter 6 on XC2, fuck I didn't think I would enjoy the story this much.

I just purchased an OLED and did the user transfer. Only my main account was transferred.

If I want to transfer the second account on my old Switch do I just repeat the process or could that remove my main account on the OLED?
