I didn't like Notes at first but it grows on me every single time I listen, playlist/mixtape is the perfect way to think of it

 

it definitely has flow issues and variable quality, but it's my second fav after the one before it

I think it's supposed to messy/play like a playlist.

They saw the trend of bloated track lists and were hoping a 1975 album could work like those.
