What do you think the path should be for Wardlow? I think him having a dominant run for a few months is totally fine. Probably facing “tougher” competition than Jade.

Thing is, the mens division is soooo much deeper, and Wardlow going on a Cena-style US Open run with the belt would actually be good for both him and a bunch of guys with not a lot to do.

Preppy makes a good point, the division is a lot deeper on the men's side. Wardlow is a Goldberg style worker so far though, it will be interesting to see if he can work a longer style match, he will need to be able to in order to hit the next level of being a star.

I just don't want to see him squashing geeks every week.

To be honest I think winning the belt tonight will be his peak and I don't think this reign is going to go well, I'll be more than happy to be wrong.
