Yeah! Definitely fun, but the mixing on their vocals certainly didn’t help!!

 

Just finding out there are two singers in this band

 

Well, there's one main singer, Tyler Lyle, with Tim McEwan, the main producer/creator in the band, doing backup vocals and drums during the live show.

Spoiler: it’s already my favorite from them

 

Excited to hear this; some absolute gems on Monsters, but I found Kids to be an overall more cohesive album. Love how this band continues to grow and give us a new version of themselves every time

 

No surprise! 3/3 love everything so far.

 

@Jason Tate where does the new song rank for you against the rest of the album?

 

Gorgeous, as expected. Amazing how consistent this band is

 

Still surprised the band hasn’t done a true music video yet

 

Mid. But still a great one.

 

If this is mid, then I am incredibly hyped

 

The vibe I'm getting from these first three so far, is that this album will be an evolution of the "Endless Summer" sound, which I'm so here for

 

Like this song more than the last one but not as much as the first, still very excited for the album

 

Not quite into this one, but I can see it going off live

 

We're getting an official, actual, music video from the band on Thursday, finally

this album is great. idk where i rank it with their other works, but it's definitely better than Kids (my least favorite of their albums/EPs). also love how so many of these songs/lyrical motifs start out as solo songs by Tyler and then somehow make their way onto the band's records (Lost & Found, Brooklyn, Souvenir, B.F.L., some lyrics from Heroes, etc.)

 

Amazing album :)

Arguably their most cohesive record and easily one of their best on first listen. Think you guys are going to love this one!

 

Yeah this is good guys.

Also in a weird round about way, getting some Tunnel of Love by Springsteen vibes off this record.

I’m just not getting the same memorable melodies/hooks/sounds I got from their previous albums
