This album was SO underrated on here. Still return to it all the time.

Yeah it still sounds so fresh. The atmosphere is so immersive.

 

Still adore this album. I know a lot of this band’s fanbase loves the old stuff, but this and Language are easily my favorite albums by them.

 

Falls I coming around I need to play this album again.

 

They're coming to my city in a couple of weeks and I would wanna go, but I already have too many concerts this month. Gotta watch my wallet :(

 

New single “Early Grace” out tomorrow from an upcoming EP. FUCK, this is incredible!

Song is out officially now! The EP comes out August 9 and is honestly pretty short... only 4 tracks: 2 of them are full new songs, a third song that’s under 2 minutes, and a cover of Smashing Pumpkins’ “1979”.

 

Those guitars sound really good and love that outro. We need more than just two new songs haha

 

Enjoying this a lot more than anything off of the last two albums since Michael joined. I’m hoping the EP is a teaser for a new album next year.

 

I feel like with how short the EP is, that's what it has to be... guess we'll see.

 

If the next album is all songs that sound like Follow and Early Grave that would be great.

Sorry for the bump, no new music news, other than those livestreams hitting streaming services.

Feels like a band I've always been aware of but never fully dove in. I'm doing that today, and really like it. This flavor of progmetal is right up my alley, not sure why I didn't do it sooner.

 

Band rules. Where'd you start?

 

I've tried Language a few times and never committed to a full listen. Saw those livestreams on streaming and listened through the first one and enjoyed it, so now I'm going back to Language and plan on listening to it and Clairvoyant today. I remember listening to Early Grave when it was first released and liked it, but never listened to it a ton since it was just an EP, and I usually don't go back to EPs a ton.

My quick first (or second or third maybe) impressions are Cynic riffing with BTBAM screams and much better clean singing than either of those bands, so sign me up.
