Ozark is great to teach in terms of showing what not to do

Not a ton of people have probably watched dark but it’s so intricate and detailed and they kept everything so perfectly in line through the 3 seasons.

I also need to see Deadwood.

  11. People debate the last season of Seinfeld but even with a couple duds, it doesn’t dilute the rest of the series. Top 5 for sure

Yeah I can’t think of another comedy that even comes close to that level of consistency.

Haven’t watched bojack, sounds stupid but I just can’t get into any cartoons anymore. Bob’s burgers, bojack etc.

for whatever reason I just cannot pay attention whenever I put on something like bojack or bob’s or whatever. 2 minutes in and my mind is completely elsewhere.

If you're teaching a course you have to be more considerate of history. Stuff like I Love Lucy would be part of it.

That is one of the difficulties of trying to teach a course like that. Are you working for CBS and cranking out 24 episodes a year or are you making a ten episode season that might take two years off? In some ways it is more impressive that a show like Cheers or MASH could keep people entertained with so many hours of footage on tight budgets and deadlines.
