WWE just loves having a few tropes they run into the ground. The women never hold the briefcase more than 24hrs, and the easiest way for the men to win is be a surprise entrant.

They've what, done it three times already; then also done it once the a day later, and then also done "actually the MITB contract was the title"?

why have the briefcase if its never going to last more than a week?

 

Let’s be honest though… would you actually even watch?

 

I mean, its just one of a long list of reasons that make the WWE product unwatchable. Fix just it, and I still wouldn't watch. But having an interestingly booked MITB briefcase instead of just instant cash in is one of the things that, if you do that and fix a bunch of other stuff, I might start watching again.
