So I work for the board of elections in Chicago currently, and there is currently a COVID outbreak (at least 8 people on my floor have confirmed cases), but they won’t reveal who the people are (you know, so everyone can know whether they were in close contact with the infected or not) because it’s “confidential information”. Is this…actually confidential information? It’s not, right?

(They also won’t close the offices and are just making everyone permanently mask and wipe down their areas which is…not great when an outbreak is happening)
