He’s the best midfielder in the USMNT pool and it’s not really close. He’s not gonna score all that often, but he will protect a back four better than most and progress the ball forward smartly. He’s got that “club captain for ten years once’s he’s in the right club” personality, too.

 

Exciting! Our DoF knows him from his Red Bull connections so I think this could be a goer.

 

Does Viera play in the same position as Tielemans?

 

Viera is historically more of a 10 and Tielemans more of an 8, but Viera has done both and i think we are looking for players who can play more than one position.

 

Anyone know if there are any more Aaronson brothers because it looks like Paxten is just as good as Brendan. (I probably spelled all three names wrong.)

Similar offer to Arsenal I think. Still not sold on him. But he looks very good on the ball which we need.

Yeah. He’s mostly played at centre back for Ajax. Makes sense for Arsenal considering ye we’re targeting Zinchenko. I assume Arteta wants an inverted left back that’s good on the ball. Our bizarre fans think we’re trying to sign him for midfield and have convinced themselves he’s a midfielder despite only playing 22 games out of 150 there. Weird shit.
