  1. Good idea. Team will likely have more space next summer than they started with this summer before all the trades

  7. The Hornets have had such an unfortunate offseason so far.

They made a bold move in firing JB. Got their top target, only for him to back out last minute, just days before the draft. The other candidates don’t want to be sloppy seconds. We settle for Clifford.

Their top pending free agent was getting a lot of attention from other teams and fans were worried they’d let him walk for nothing. But then the team comes out and confirms that they’ll match whatever contract and that he’ll stay……the night before free agency we find out he’s actually a piece of shit and he’s been arrested.

We’re due for something good to happen for us, right?

  8. Y’all think Brunson is gonna sign with the Knicks at 6pm or 6:01pm?

Yes! We in Cleveland are living proof that if you wait 52 years good things can happen.

Listening to the latest Windy pod, the way these dudes talk about Kyrie is like he spent half of last season on an involuntary psych hold or something, their delicate sensibilities just cannot abide his disrespect of the institution of basketball media lmao

  13. Celtics seem to be on (trying to anyway) Huerter from ATL

  15. Is Toronto still looking to trade OG? I’d take him as the Miles replacement.

I just think it’s pretty clear the ESPN guys have better team and league relationships and Shams has a better intel of Kyrie’s thinking. I think both are valid perspectives.

Windy probably had the best relationship of the media people with Kyrie in Cleveland. He was very early on saying how different Kyrie thinks about things compared to other stars. Once Kyrie went to Boston that relationship hasn’t seemed the same. Given the people around the Nets and the amount time Windy spends in New York, it makes sense he has more of the team’s thinking. Nick is obviously going to be more in tune with the Nets as well.

  17. Hollinger mentioned it originally. And some Hawks beat guys said it’s on the table because the Celtics have that trade exception and his deal fits right into it but it seems like moving Collins is the priority
