Big announcement is basically that they are throwing out the proposal issued by the previous mayor and plan to have a new plan to submit to the Rays by august. Just more nothing.

 

Sounds like Tom Delonge was in charge of hyping this announcement of an announcement that will come in the future.

I don't want the As or Rays to move, I really really don't, but at this point I'd almost be ok with it if we meant we could finally have expansions again a little sooner

 

I would rather Stu sell the team to a Tampa area owner that has a better vision for the team and better connection/commitment to the area.
