Yeah the DOJ had enough evidence to arrest him that day, what are they waiting for now

 

How are any of these Congresspeople involved, and literally seeking pardons, still sitting members of Congress? Are there really just no rules? Dems needed to grow some teeth decades ago.

 

This is good internet fodder, but this will have zero consequences. It's another thing where democrats don't have it in them to make this the 'but her emails' kind of thing, and gas prices are sky high - that will be the deciding issue for lots of people in the mid-west.

 

Even just for one thing, that they have what appears to be testimony of witness tampering seems very significant no? Not that I imagine that will directly implicate Trump, but today's hearing turned up the heat on a not insignificant number in the Trump orbit by A LOT.

 

As others have said, there will absolutely not be consequences for Trump (other than perhaps making him even more electable), but, my god, it's all worth it due to that lunging story.

The way he talks about people leads me to believe he has a serious mental illness. Reminds me a lot of my mom actually and I'm feeling a bit triggered.

If I had a dollar for every time Meat Head made some kind of declaration like this on twitter….

 

Short of video evidence of trump looking directly at the camera and saying "I want them to go in and steal the election, here's my plan..." this will have zero consequences sadly. Even if that did happen and he was convicted of something, Biden would probably pardon him in some misguided notion of "bipartisanship".

Hopefully this sways just enough independent centrists to not vote republican and maybe flip the Senate, but yea come November it's just gonna be gas prices and inflation that people care about.

 

The story about him lunging at the Secret Service dude is not believable, dude doesn't have the physical capability to lunge towards anything other than a McDonald's meal

Parents are convinced Meadows is going down and going to flip and give something bigger on Trump. Oh to be young and optimistic.
