There's very few people it would be surprising to hear from, might just be the documentary maker with a ton of incriminating videos, that would at least be useful depending on what they found out. Based on the timeline it definitely seems related to that footage, so I'm expecting him or someone high up in the administration who was caught on tape and is now trying to weasel around and not go to jail.
