  1. Do Lakers keep Russ if Kyrie does the $6m thing?

I'm not convinced the Sixers are signing Tucker, at least not at the reported 3/30 mil contract. To make that work, they would either need to either trade Harris for minimal salary, or they'd need to salary dump Thybulle, Korkmaz and Niang for nothing, both of which seem unlikely. The only other way it's doable is if Harden takes more of a salary cut than anticipated

I don’t get why KD would want to leave Brooklyn just because the Kyrie thing falls apart. What team would he be traded to that wouldn’t be just as bad as Brooklyn after giving up a bunch of assets for him? A team can’t just give up picks, they’d have to give up players so KD isn’t going to be in a better situation if he wanted out (and he really shouldn’t, why he would be mad at the front office for getting rid of Kyrie confuses me when he went out of his way to not play most of last year)

Portland can put together a pretty compelling package and not completely gut their roster,

something like Simons, Shaedon Sharpe, Eric Bledsoe, like 4 firsts and 2 swaps would be a pretty good return.

Leaves them with Dame - Hart - KD - Grant - Nurk and a thin ish bench that they could fill

I don't see why not, it's not Seattle but he seems to love the PNW and Dame is a 1 million times better teammate than Kyrie or Jim. That roster could contend

You don’t see why not? No star player has ever wanted to go to portland. Unless his injuries are worse than we know and he’s washed, no chance lol they couldn’t even get fuckin turkoglu to come but theyll get Durant, okay.

If KD wants out he doesn’t have much leverage on where he gets to go lol. Luckily for him a team is only trading for him if they can afford to lose the assets it takes and still be left with a contender. Portland, New Orleans, Memphis etc

The Nets should have to forfeit their Play-In win vs. the Cavs and the NBA should restart the 2021-2022 NBA Playoffs with the Cavs as the 7th seed, just as God intended.

When kd left the warriors someone photoshopped him with dame dj and nurkic and he was like “LuL” or whatever equates to that.

Even melo at the end of his career didn’t want to play there, he chose to play in houston for a season and then wound up in on the hawks lol it wasn’t until no team wanted him that he was willing to play there.

As a trailblazers fan, I wish it weren’t true but it’s just the way it’s always been. Sadness.

The Nets willing to part with KD and Kyrie is hysterical when you realize that Houston owns their picks for like the next decade lol.

  25. Such a weird move for Spurs. And such a great move for Hawks. Murray is so awesome. I don’t think it’s crazy to say Trea would be their second best player after that deal.
