Did you watch the short(ish) film The Hand that was included in this set? It ended up being my favorite from the entire set which was really surprising

It’s on the 2046 disc as an “extra”!

It was originally part of a collaborative film called Eros which was three disconnected shorts by three directors, the version in the World of WKW set is an extended version, just a little over an hour.

 

Of course one of the two i didn't explore the extras on haha. I'll check it out! Thanks

I saw 2001 A Space Odyssey on 70mm film last night and it was an unbelievable experience but a good number of people in the theater were fucking cackling at basically any bit of HAL dialogue right up until when Dave started unplugging him. Very bleak seeing people completely unable to interact with high art on even a semi serious level

The Tarantino tweet is a perfect example of making up someone to get mad at. There was a different reply to that tweet that said that the ending to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood was fascist somehow.
