Animal Kingdom is a literal mess. Worst day in a Disney park in years. There’s little to do and what there is to do are so far away from each other. Couldn’t hop bc my parents didn’t have hoppers. Couldn’t traumatize my daughter with Tough to Be a Bug or Dinosaur. She’s too young for the nightmares. Instead I spent $100 at Nomad Lounge on booze and churros. 2 days left in the bubble

Pricing a Disney Wish cruise for January right now... I legit thought they'd be 3-4K more than what we're being quoted.

Can confirm both are fun! Dutch wonderland is great for kids, it’s a nice half a day to get through and then done. Dorney has much more for adults

Dorney Parks ride selection is pretty bleak. However it is clean and well run by Cedar Fair. Had passed pre-pandemic and went with my the. 3 year old a lot. She enjoyed it. We moved a bit further away now unfortunately

I've driven by it 4 or 5 times while moving cross country and it never works out visiting there so we just hit up Hersheypark instead.

6 park days in Disney. Literally feels like the worst hangover ever. Being in the education field sucks bc summer is just too brutal there. Literally just moved from place to place that had the next Genie Plus available because it was so hot most days.

We focused on rides for our 3 and 6 year old so that means lots of Dumbo and Magic Carpet. Runaway Railway was my unexpected favorite ride.

I was underwhelmed with Galaxy’s Edge. It just doesn’t have the kinesthetic energy that a land like this needs. Such dull colors and sprawling spaces with nothing to see but a stationary ship here or there. I think both rides are great. The market was fine but there are so many souvenirs that I feel take you out of the vibe. Cast members didn’t act different than any other land. I agree with most and feel they should have expanded on a original trilogy storyline here.

I feel awful for those that don’t plan ahead or understand the many facets of these reservation systems. They are literally going to stand in 3-4 75-90 minute queues and a 60 minute food queue. In particular non English speaking families will struggle tremendously

Disney “magic” has definitely dissolved quite a bit since Covid.

I think Joe Rhode said it’s designed in a way that encourages exploration

I don't dislike the park itself, its just that every time we move from place to place i'm like "ok where the hell are we now" lol

I remember going to AK for the first time back the year it opened in '98 and thinking as an 11 year old "this is way too much walking and too little to do". Granted that's back when Dinosaur and Safari were the only rides.

They only added 4 rides if you include Dino Dumbo.

The park is amazing from a scenic perspective. I mean they basically gave Joe Rhode a billion dollars and said go nuts. We took Capture Your Magic pictures there and they look amazing. Highly recommend this. $75 and I think they took almost 100 photos. The closest I’ll ever get to VIP. You do need the photo package for that day as well.

With it being so show heavy I think you need to really plan out your day and we didn’t. So we went from Safari to the Nemo show. Just no way to get there easily. Plus we have a double stroller and ECV so people were ready to push us into the river. The paths are so narrow. Things got so bad we caved and bought the girls bubble wands. Something I swore I’d never do.

Got to see them fly the giant kites a few times. Bummed we missed the full kite tails. It looked so kitschy and terribly good.

With Rhode gone it just seems like they don’t know what direction to go in the park. Im nervous for expansion rumors. Hoping they go Indiana Jones and not Zootopia.
