Isn’t Stanton actually a serviceable outfielder at worst when he’s healthy?

 

I should point out I’m not simply shitting on him, the hits he was getting to and making throws on weren’t the most routine and not ones I see him play as competitive on. I also don’t watch him play more than 20 times a year if I’m fortunate

 

He's definitely serviceable to above average. He had a bad game in Minnesota a few weeks ago but it happens. Yankees just refused to put him out there his first few years. He had a rough time adjusting to left his first season and then he had injuries and the Yankees babied him

 

Yeah that’s what I thought. The funny thing about him Gallo and Judge is that they all look like they should be dogshit out there but they’re actually good to elite defenders
