So I’m at Tears For Fears and the music inbetween Garbage and Tears For Fears is people doing Tears for Fears covers. Weird

I’m a big Garbage fan, so I was here more for them, but yea Tears For Fears is pretty tight live so far.

 

Nm I missed nyc on the tour dates only saw buffalo at first lol

 

I was super impressed with Garbage, forgot how many songs of theirs I knew!

 

oh man they were great, and they still didn’t play like 3-4 legit hits during their set.

 

As a long time Thrice fan, I feel kind of stuck in the middle. They're one of my favorite bands BECAUSE they haven't leaned into the nostalgia thing and have continued to evolve and mature as a band. I just wish they'd mix up their live set a little more when it comes to the older stuff. BUT I keep seeing them BECAUSE I want to hear the new material live too, so...

 

I was never that big on Safety but I would spend a lot to see TAITA

 

I agree with this 100%. I also get really bummed when I go to see them and it’s only a half-full house. I think their booking agent(s) need to rethink / re-evaluate the type of rooms they book them in. But there’s a reason they have those jobs and I’m just posting about it on a forum.

 

Pusha T just dropped a bunch of US tour dates. Can't find an admat for it, but it looks pretty extensive.

 

Turnstile in Toronto the same night as One Ok Rock. Dying to see TLC but my wife loves One Ok Rock so I've got a tough decision to make.

one of the best live bands on planet earth, Mike Lessard is probably the best heavy singer doing it right now except for like, Dallas Green

 

I think it also depends on the bands they are booked to tour with. At least in Chicago this tour with Bayside sold better than their headline tour with Touché Amoré and Self Defence Family.

 

When they are (solo) headlining and playing constantly to 500-ish people in 1,300+ rooms. It might be time to go back to the drawing board.
